Parklane Hotel

I like the atmosphere of the Hotel, very good staff. Nice behaviour.

The only negative I feel is that pool is not a temperature control. But remaining all other services are excellent, is only concern.

I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at the parklane and had receptive welcome by staff, very accommodating to my needs. Location very central although mysore is really big and taxi or auto ride is better. Room is comfortable andspacious, with good ac, hot shower, a fridge.The beer garden is nice for relaxing over a cold beer.Staff was generous to give late check out at nominal fee, as I had a night train to catch. The only downside is nonexistent wifi in room, hence I spent a lot of time at the beer garden. Still it's an excellent value while in mysore.

WOW - the restaurant / bar in this hotel is astounding, the food is brilliant. Again this hotel was primarily picked for parking of the motorbikes and there was 24/7 security keeping an eye on them. Never got chance to have a dip in the roof top swimming pool.

The hotel itself is a little tired and needs updating, had to fix / clean the shower before I could use it but otherwise okay.

The location is amazing and the staff are lovely. It was also nice to have a restaurant on site.

It’s very tired and could do with updating the decor. The hotel is built around a circular atrium which makes it quite noisy sometimes. This would have been an amazing place back in the day.

Fabulous sized and comfortable rooms. Overlooking a park and walking distance from palace and markets. Rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Great spot

Service in the restaurant was idiosyncratic. Maybe language difficulties?

The location was great for the Dussehra festival near the palace. The pool was clean and welcomed. The beer garden was handy and we enjoyed the sitar and drum music in the evening. They offer a wide range of foods at decent prices.

The place is generally grubby and not well maintained. The odd short power outage. Stingy with the water bottles. Service at the beer garden was hot and cold. Sometimes fast and friendly and sometimes our food came out at very different times. Wifi was poor for my eSIM. No hand towels offered and only one pool towel in our room (and none by the pool) so we had to share.

They didn’t provide complimentary breakfast after charging so much for one day. I asked for slippers but they said they don’t provide it. Room was small in terms of the cost

I've liked the restaurant ambience, but food little bit expensive.

Location is good. Swimming pool is good. Room cleanliness is ok, but can be better. Rooms service is good.

We took 6 rooms and one room Air-conditioning was horrible, wasn't Working. Rooms service is good. The kitchen cooked pork, as such we kept away from eating anything there. We had asked for double rooms but got 2 single bed rooms. Hand showers in most of the bathrooms need replacement. Overall all bathrooms and the interiors need a renovation.

This is our 3rd stay here, and it is in a great location for exploring the city and it's surrounds. The rooms are a good size the staff are friendly and helpful , the restaurant serves good food at a good price (and the beers are cold!!)

Multiple charging ports were available earlier. Now it is missing.

Room, swimming pool and locker facilities are really good. They even provide facility to keep baggage and washroom use before and after check out.

Only AC. No fan in the room is the only issue.

The infrastructure of the rooms was poor. Doors not locking. One room the bathroom got locked from inside and there was a minor crisis.The clean linen was kept in along with mops in the corridor.The hotel is dark and dingy and poorly lit

Great location near to the Palace and Market.Good size rooms. A handy restaurant & Beer.

The towels & bedding are clean but grey as usual. The bathroom was tired & in need of referb. Hair dryer broken and TV not working. But there was plenty of hot water.

Old-fashioned decor in room.

This is a great quirky hotel ideally placed in Mysore to visit the palace and the zoo. The rooftop pool was a welcome place on a hot afternoon. The dining was fabulous with good tasty food options. The design of the hotel is very interesting. Room was nice, quiet at night and had a very comfortable bed.
